Kim Weihert, Cardiac Rehab Specialist and Martha Lewke, Rehab Assistant Manager will share about goal setting, jump starting your New Year's Resolutions, and the Lifestyle Enhancement Program available through MMC-Beaver Dam Cardiac Rehab Department as well as answer your Cardiac Rehab questions. Then get ready to test your memory and knowledge for Trivia Night. Guests will be divided into teams and prizes for the winning teams!
