About the Event
Health is more than the number on the scale. Our first event of 2021 will discuss the benefits of exercise and guide members through total body exercises which can be modified for all ages and abilities. We recommend that you dress comfortably and have the following supplies available to participate in the activities during this virtual fitness event:
- 2 light dumbbells (3-5 lbs) OR 2 soup cans
- Exercise mat or towel
- Sturdy chair – preferably with arms
- Hand towel or paper plate
Natalie Ross, DNP, FNP-BC, APNP is the Nurse Practitioner at Beaver Dam Women’s Health. Her areas of study include Women’s Health, Behavioral Health, Adolescents, Family Medicine, and Geriatric Medicine. Natalie’s passion for helping women stay healthy throughout their lifespan makes her a great resource for patients ranging from adolescents to adults and geriatrics.
